These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parcel2Day website, mobile services, customer dashboard, and API (together, the "Services"), operated by Parcel2Day Ltd ("Parcel2Day", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
To place an order or access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
Parcel2Day provides UK domestic parcel delivery, international shipping, and Pakistan ↔ UK shipping by combining our own logistics network with third-party carrier partners. Quoted prices, transit times, and service availability are estimates and may vary based on parcel dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier capacity.
All quotes are provided based on the information you supply (weight, dimensions, origin, and destination). Parcel2Day reserves the right to re-weigh or re-measure any parcel and to charge any difference in price where the information provided was inaccurate.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
You must not send items that are illegal, dangerous, perishable without appropriate packaging, or restricted by the destination country's customs regulations, including but not limited to weapons, flammable substances, live animals, cash, and counterfeit goods. Parcel2Day and its carrier partners reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or dispose of any parcel suspected of containing prohibited items.
Parcel2Day will take reasonable care in handling your parcel, but liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the compensation terms of the carrier used for that shipment, unless additional insurance was purchased at checkout. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or profit.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before collection has taken place. Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier, cancellation may not be possible and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, less any costs already incurred. Approved refunds are returned to your Parcel2Day wallet or original payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring the parcel is correctly packaged, labelled, and available for collection at the address and time window specified. Delivery timeframes are estimates; Parcel2Day is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect address details, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
We process personal data (such as name, address, and contact details) in order to fulfil your orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations, in line with UK data protection law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Carrier partners receive only the information necessary to complete delivery.
Businesses and developers who wish to integrate with Parcel2Day programmatically can register for API access via account.parcel2day.com. API access is subject to these Terms in addition to any separate API usage policy, rate limits, and authentication requirements published for developers. You are responsible for keeping your API credentials secure and for all requests made using your API key.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with the normal operation of the platform, or using the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the Services. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or via the contact details listed on our website.
